June Is Homeownership Month

June is National Homeownership Month. One of the first steps to realizing the American Dream of owning your own home is getting pre-approved for your home loan.

The current problems with the sub-prime mortgage market emphasize how critical it is to find a reputable, trust-worthy lender to work with. I work with mortgage lenders day in and day out and have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I am glad to refer you to knowledgeable, reputable and competitive lenders who will present you with all the options available to you, in order for you to make the best financial decision for you and your family. Just give me a call or send me an email. I am pleased to be able to help!

What's The Value Of Your Knox County Home?

There are any number of websites providing home valuations these days. Most of these are computer generated and depend on local tax records for their information. My experience with local tax record information is it is incorrect most of the time.

One of the many FREE services I provide is an online home valuation service. Your home valuation is provided by my well qualified, experienced Team who know our local market and have probably sold homes in your neighborhood. They know if there are train tracks running behind a property, if there are power lines overhead or if the woods behind the house are being cut down for a shopping center....all things that effect the value of your home.

All you need to do to get your accurate price valuation is visit my website, complete a form giving some basic information and we'll take care of the rest. Your valuation will be emailed to you. There is no obligation whatsoever, and best of all, the service is completely free! I hope you take advantage of it!
